The process is simple and kept under wraps
You receive a friendly and heart-warming reception on your admission for treatment to our clinic. On most occasions, we can accommodate a new admission within 24 hours of making the booking while admissions need to be pre-booked.
Referrals can be accepted from the client themselves, friends, family, and health professionals. We will make sure that our personnel are prepared to accommodate you after your reservation is confirmed.
Upon arrival at the facility, you will be acquainted to the medical staff and toured around so that you can orient yourself with the facility's various corners. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge. Please give us a call if you can't travel to our centre by yourself.
On the first 24 hours of your admission, we will prepare everything for your first meeting with your detox specialist.
Here, we will consider you medical and psychological treatment needs to carry out a full assessment. A complete detox program will be authorized if needed. The detox will then be carried out and controlled by our medical experts under a rigorous protocol.
The psychiatrist is tasked with reviewing your treatment and pointing out any areas that would need special attention from a specialist expert. We will make sure that any suggestion or recommendation is factored into your treatment plan because it is of utmost importance to us that your treatment needs are fully met during your stay at the facility. In order to ensure that you are always receiving the best in healthcare at all times, our clinical director, counsellors and medical professionals will periodically and continually review your treatment plan.
After your evaluation has been finished, our cordial team will immediately assist you in your adjustment. We fully recognize that this is a very stressful and fearful time for most, but our staff is on hand to offer advice and reassurance at all times.
